Every modular home we build uses a multi-layer Scandinavian wall system engineered for the toughest climates — warm in winter, cool in summer, silent in storms.

Wall Structure – Layer by Layer

  •  Interior Finish (inside the house)

Plasterboard or wooden panel finish, ready for painting or decoration.

Smooth, modern look and easy to maintain.

  • Vapor Barrier & Airtight Membrane

Protects insulation from internal moisture.

Keeps the structure dry and healthy for decades.

  •  Load-Bearing Timber Frame

Engineered Scandinavian structural wood (45x145 mm or 45x195 mm).

Factory-precision-cut for perfect strength and fit.

Electrical and plumbing lines pre-installed inside frame cavities.

  •  Main Insulation Layer

Mineral wool, rock wool, or wood-fiber insulation.

Thickness depends on energy level:

100 mm – Standard Comfort (€1 350 / m²)

150 mm – Premium Energy (€1 550 / m²)

200 mm – Passive House (€1 750 / m²)

Each layer ensures maximum heat retention and noise reduction.

  • External Sheathing (OSB or Cement Board)

Adds rigidity and wind protection to the frame.

Serves as the base for façade and external insulation.

  •  External Insulation Layer (optional)

30–60 mm high-density EPS or wood-fiber board.

Eliminates cold bridges and increases total wall R-value.

  • Reinforcement Mesh + Base Coat

Strengthens façade and prevents cracks.

Gives perfect surface for final plaster or cladding.

  • Final Exterior Finish

Choose your preferred style:

Decorative plaster (mineral, silicone, or acrylic)

Wooden cladding – Scandinavian pine or thermowood

Composite panels or modern façade boards

Each exterior is weatherproof, UV-resistant, and adds the final beauty to your home.
